Return Policy
Before returning any of our merchandise you must first contact us and get an authorization code and instructions for how and where to ship. The trial period, or 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, mentioned throughout this website refers to water ionizers only. All other products are not returnable if used. They are warranted against defects however.
To be eligible for a refund, your ionizer must be returned in "as new" condition and in its original packing. "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. If an item is damaged when you receive it, it is your responsibility to let us know that immediately. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Water Ionizers and everything that you order with your water ionizer order! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser in the event of returns of undamaged items.
Shipping fees on all orders that don't include a water ionizer: Most of our Other Products will be charged at a flat rate of $10.50 [US]. The shipping charged on heavier items, such as the whole-house filtration system, the large cookware sets and reverse-osmosis-remineralizer system is higher due to the extreme weight and sizes of these packages. In all cases we try to keep your shipping as low as possible, and everything you purchase in the same order as a water ionizer will be shipped for no extra fees. Note: portable water ionizers [non-electric] are considered "Other Products".
International [Outside of USA] Orders and Shipping:
If you are an international customer, any purchase over $100.00 must be shipped to the address that is on file at your credit card company or PayPal [whichever payment type you use]. We use what's called an Address Verification System to verify big-item orders, and it is important that we do this so as to avoid fraud, keep the costs down and continue to offer you great deals at Alkaline Water Plus.
Your water ionizer [and everything you order with your water ionizer] is shipped to you for free! Your product is guaranteed to be free of defect when it arrives to you, and it is covered by manufacturer warranties. If your product arrives with a defect it will be replaced free of charge. All other future issues with your product are handled according to the warranty for that item. Anyone living outside of the US [and sometimes Canada...depending on the ionizer you choose] is responsible for shipping costs in the event of any future warranty issues.
Outside of the USA, if you order "Other Products" without also purchasing a water ionizer you will be initially charged the normal shipping [i.e., $10.50 US flat rate], but we may have to add additional shipping charges. We try to honor the $10.50 flat rate, but if we have to charge you an additional amount, we will contact you first and get your authorization.
Warranties & Guarantees
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Products are examined before being shipped to you, but in the event your product arrives with a defect it will be replaced free of charge. In addition, our companies offer 5-Year, 10-Year, or Lifetime waranties on their ionizers. For specific information about warranties, please see the details page for the each unit. When you receive your water ionizer, it is your responsibility to read the manual and operate the water ionizer within the guidelines set for proper care. Please fill out the warranty card and send it in to the manufacturer [warehouse] to activate your warranty.
