Furthermore, the Chanson Water® Ultra-filter can be customized to your water supply. On well water? No problem, we can easily change out the Chlorine filter for a heavy metals filter. The Chanson Water® Ultra-filter has .01 micron strands that trap and remove bacteria and virus’ from the water supply. Because the smallest bacteria known to man are .02 micron the Ultra-filter can also claim major anti-bacterial properties.

How will the Ultra-filter clean my water?

When the water enters the Ultra-filter chamber it is forced through tiny holes that are .01 micron in size. As the water is pushed through the fibers they capture everything bigger than the hole size including: Virus, Bacteria, chemicals,
and other harmful contaminants.

Does the Ultra-filter have a self-clean function?

Until now, .01 micron filters were unusable because of how easily they would clog and users would see reduced water flow after only 3-4 weeks of use. The Chanson Water® Ultra-filter has a self-flushing system which prevents clogging and extends the life of the filter. When the main faucet is turned on the contaminants are flushed down the drain (See diagram)

How long will the Ultra-filter and the other filters last?

The Ultra-Filter will last 2-3 years before it needs to be replaced compared to other .01 filters that last 6-8 months. Because of its anti-bacterial properties the Chanson Ultra-filter can be used in times of emergency when bacterial concerns can cause the city to issue a “boil first” warning. The Ultra-filter can clean and purify water in these circumstances as well as process raw lake water.

Note: Replacements filters for the ultra filter is only stage 2 and 3 for the first year which are the GAC and KDF, this will cost $72.00

All filter sales are final. There are no refunds on filters for any reason. If a filter was damaged in shipping we will send a replacement and the damaged filter must be returned to us within 10 business days or we must charge full price for it.
