Return Policy [Alkaline Water Plus]:
Before returning any of our merchandise you must first contact us and get an authorization code and instructions for how and where to ship. The trial period, or 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, mentioned throughout this website refers to water ionizers only. All other product sales are final. Other Products, such as filters, portable ionizers and accessories, are not returnable if used. They are warranted against defects, however, if the defect is discovered within 90 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your ionizer must be returned in "as new" condition and in its original packing [all external boxes must be unmarked with only the UPS label on them, secured with strong clear plastic packing tape and sufficient packing material to ensure safe transport]. "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc...all put away as the ionizer was when it arrived to you]. If an item is damaged when you receive it, it is your responsibility to let us know that immediately. Filters and other products' sales are final. However if the filter is purchased as part of a water ionizer sale, a return may be authorized for extra, un-opened or unused filters that were sent with the order. Filters which are external to the water ionizer [such as reverse-osmosis units or H-3 prefilters] should not be returned if used. This means if the wrapper is removed and/or water is poured through the filter it is non-refundable.
However, as part of Alkaline Water Plus's 60-Day Trial period, the internal filter(s) for that water ionizer are returnable and refundable if you are not satisfied with your water ionizer and return it within the 60-day trial period. Read more about 60-day trial period...
Please note: No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will email you step-by-step instructions, which you will need to follow in order to ensure the safe return of your product. You are responsible for the safe return of the product even in circumstances out of your control, and for that reason it is suggested that you purchase insurance in the event of damage during return shipment.

* ** All purchases of refurbished water ionizers have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, in addition it is guaranteed to be free of defects. Refurbished water ionizers have new, unused, filters and are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. If there were any physical defects or scratches, we would tell you about this and get your approval ahead of time, so there should not be any defects at all when you receive the water ionizer.
*An Alkaline water ionizer is any water ionizer that plugs in and produces two streams of water [alkaline and acidic]. This is differentiated from a portable or filter-only water ionizer, which filters the water and lightly ionizes without electricity. These water ionizers fit into the category of "Other Products" and do not qualify for free shipping, no tax, 5-year warrantees or 60-day satisfaction guarantees. They do, however, qualify for 10-day satisfaction guarantee and are warranted against manufacturer defects. However, filters that have been used are not returnable, unless defective.
Returns of Undamaged Items: Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the purchaser, regardless of where you live, in the event of returns of undamaged items.
