At Alkaline Water Plus we Give you a Genuine 60-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Watch out for the customer satisfaction guarantees you are offered by other water ionizer companies. Most of our competetors charge you their re-stocking fees [up to 20% of the ionizer cost], if you return your water ionizer during your 60-day trial period. We go above and beyond to help our customers by offering you a true free trial period. You will not have to pay that re-stocking fee if you ordered with us. We are so confident that you will love your water ionizer that we will pay that re-stocking fee for you if you should not be satisfied. We do ask you [simply out of courtesy and concern for us] to please get your questions answered and to do your best to make the right choice for you prior to ordering.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your water ionizer purchase [Venus, Melody, Delphi, Athena, KYK, Tyent or Chanson water ionizer] you may return it within 60 days for a refund or exchange. As long as the water ionizer arrives, undamaged, back to us [following our protocols] within that 60-day period.

Returns of Undamaged Items

Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the purchaser, regardless of where you live, in the event of returns of undamaged items.

International Water Ionizer Orders

International water ionizer orders qualify for free shipping, but not for the 60-day trial period. Your water ionizer is guaranteed to be free of defect when it arrives and is covered by manufacturer warranties. If your product arrives with a defect it will be replaced free of charge.

Anyone living outside of the US [and sometimes Canada...depending on the ionizer you choose] is responsible for shipping costs in the event of any future warranty issues.

Other Products
