Cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrencies are digital tokens. They are a type of digital currency that allows people to make payments directly to each other through an online system and we have this option available in the checkout process.
Crypto is possibly the way of the future, so we are happy to support all types, such as bitcoin, xrp, ethereum, and tether.
How to Process an Order With Alternate Currency
Select PayPal in the checkout and look for cryptocurrency as your payment option.
It's that simple!
Shipping to a Different Address [Other than Billing]
We usually require a wire-transfer, ACH (if in the US) in the event of an order, which totals over $500.00, being shipped to an address which is different than the billing address for the payment used.
International Orders and Trials: [Includes Military Addresses]
If you live outside of the US or Canada, please note: International sales are final. If you are an international customer, including someone with a military address, we welcome your order, however please wait for our invoice and then you'll have all the information you need to make your wire transfer or other alternate payment.
How to Use Wire Transfer or Other Alternate Currency
- When you pay with a wire transfer you may not place your order directly using the website, Instead, please contact us. We will send you the information you need to make the wire-transfer or other alternate payment.
- In your email to us please include your exact shipping information, written the way it should be on a package (include Name, address, phone number) and also include a list of what items you want, and we'll send you an invoice to use for your wire transfer.
- After we receive your purchase request, we will send you an invoice, which includes our payment/transfer details.
- The next step would be to send the funds. Once you send the funds via authorize transfer method please notify us so we can keep our eye out for it.
- Please note that your country may charge you duties, and in some cases, sales taxes, on your international order. These charges are beyond our control, and if you want more information about your country’s duties charges please contact your country’s department that handles that. We haven't gotten reports on these costs being very high.
- Your country may also have restrictions to importing that we don't know about. This is your responsibility to know. We are happy to cooperate with protocols, but need to know what they are before shipping or it may cost you.
- International water ionizer orders do not qualify for trial periods. Your product is guaranteed to be free of defect though. We also insure our packages, so that if your product arrives damaged it will be replaced free of charge.
- You will be given customs tracking for your international order. Sometimes when the order arrives through customs you are sent a notice to come pick it up. If this happens and you fail to pick it up in a timely way and the order is shipped back to us, you will not qualify for a refund and will need to pay the cost of re-shipping to have us send it back to you.
- If the product arrives damaged to an international location, you will have to assist us in filing a claim with the shipping company. In all cases this will require saving the product in the shipping box (just as it arrived to you) in case the insurance company requires it. They usually want to see certain pictures, including pictures of the shipping label and package from different angles. But the requirements vary and without the actual package it's unlikely they'll approve the claim.
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping, such as with electric water ionizer orders, if you live outside of the US we will include the cost of shipping in the invoice we send you.
- Our electrical equipment [i.e., water ionizers] is 110v. Only certain water ionizers are able to convert to 220v. There are converters/adapters available to make conversions, but it is up to you to do your due dilligence to make sure you get the right one. Most specs are on our product pages, but if you have additional questions please don't hesitate to ask.
- All customers are responsible for shipping costs in the event of any future warranty issues.
- We ship to most countries, but not to all. Generally it depends on our trade relations and track-records with shipping to that country. Please check with us if you have any questions about this.
