Product Warranties & Guarantees
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects when you receive them. Products are examined before being shipped to you, but in the event your product arrives with a defect it will be replaced free of charge if it is discovered within 30 days of the sale date. In addition, there are multi-year, and even Lifetime, warranties on many of our electric water ionizers. See each water ionizer's product page for information about its warranty. In cases where the company requires you register your warranty, please don't forget to do so. Unregistered warranties typically will default to the manufacturer's 1-year warranty. Plumbing parts, bought separately or provided with a water ionizer are guaranteed to be free of defect when received and are warranted for 90-days. For specific information about warranties, please see that product page. When you receive your product, it is your responsibility to read the manual and operate the product within the guidelines set for proper care.
For electric water ionizers, please fill out the warranty card or online warranty registration once you are satisfied with the product. Do this sometime during your first 60 days of use to ensure you qualify for their full warranty.

Free Labor Guarantee
With many products that we sell we are the US dealer and repair depot. (This applies to the following water ionizer brands: Jupiter, Ionia, Nexus, Smart. It also applies to the pH pitcher, hydrogen gas machines, the Lourdes machines, and High-Rich machines. This does not apply to AlkaViva or Impart water ionizers.) All products we import carry our stamp of approval. We have confidence in the products and know how to repair them if anything should go wrong with the operation of the products in the future. Even if the manufacturer only gives a one-year warranty, we extend that for your lifetime of customer support and free labor if you ever need a repair. The cost of parts may have to be charged to you, but in this case, we will not charge you more than our cost. Cost of shipping, both ways, is always the responsibility of the customer.
