Satisfaction Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee for Water Ionizers

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Here is our guarantee for electric water ionizers: if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 60 days (for most ionizers*) for a refund provided you've properly cared for it (see product pages for proper care instructions). Non-standard, improper use of a water ionizer (violating protocols for proper use spelled out on the product page) will void this guarantee. To qualify for refund, the water ionizer must also be returned safely, following ALL of our safe-shipping instructions. 

Notes:

  • All returns must be authorized. Fill out this Request for Assistance form to start the process.
  • All returns must be like-new. Anything returned for refund must arrive in like-new, undamaged, re-sellable condition and in the same original packaging. Plus any free items that came with your purchase must also be in like-new, re-sellable condition. 
  • During your trial period, we suggest you follow our tips to get the best results. One of our biggest tips is to call us or email if you have any difficulty. We have thoroughly researched setting up water ionizers to work great, no matter what the source water. In any case you are never required to follow any of our tips and your 100% honest to goodness satisfaction is guaranteed.
  • Impart water ionizers are an exception. They come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee (not 60-day) and a 15% restocking fee.
  • All pH and ORP levels are approximate, depending on local water supply, because water ionizers don't always work the same in every location.

At Alkaline Water Plus we give you a Genuine 60-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for Most Electric Water Ionizers and Charge the Lowest Restocking Fees in the Industry.

Watch out for the customer satisfaction guarantees you are offered by other water ionizer companies. Most of our competitors charge you between 15 and 20% re-stocking fees (plus the cost of shipping). With Alkaline Water Plus, if you return your water ionizer during your 60-day trial period, we go above and beyond to help our customers. We pay for most of that restocking fee for you, and charge only the barest-minimum re-stocking fees of 5%, plus cost of shipping. In most cases what we charge doesn't even pay for the filter-use. We are so confident that you will love your water ionizer that we will pay the majority of the re-stocking fees for you, and even take the chance of losing money so that you have a chance to try a water ionizer for yourself. As noted above, Impart water ionizers are the exception to this offer.

Hydrogen Water Machines & Hydrogen Gas Machines

Hydrogen water machines and hydrogen gas machines may only be returned if they were not used or if they are otherwise in like-new condition. The maximum return-period for hydrogen machines is 10 days after delivery. You must request assistance for this, and receive authorization. Under no circumstances will we accept a return that has not been authorized.

Like-new means:

  1. There are no missing pieces.
  2. There are no scratches or other conditions that make the machine no longer "like new".
  3. The packaging is also like-new and there are no rips or tears in it, and no missing pieces of packaging.
  4. The instruction manual is not soiled or written on.

Returns of Hydrogen machines that are found to be in not-like-new condition, are subject to being rejected as a return (or a 30% or more restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping). If the returned item is like-new and has no signs of usage, the restocking fee is 5%.

PH Ionizing Pitchers

The Alkaline PH Pitchers or any filters are not returnable if used. If the filter wrapper is opened, it's used.

Unused filters, which have the wrapping still sealed, are okay to return, but it cannot be marred or scratched; the return must be authorized; and it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Other Products

Other products may only be returned if they were not used or if they are otherwise in like-new condition. If there was wrapping that was opened, it has been "used". The maximum return-period for other products is 10 days after delivery. You must request assistance for this, and receive authorization. Under no circumstances will we accept a return that has not been authorized.

Like-new means:

  1. There are no missing pieces.

  3. The packaging is also like-new and there are no rips or tears in it, and no missing pieces of packaging.
