We replace the many parts for the High-Rich machine if you bought the machine from us, such as the glass cup, caps, and even the battery & circuit-board.
Before assuming you need a battery replacement, make sure the issue is not with the charge cord or charge cord plug. The HR4 uses a standard USB cord. Try charging it with a different USB cord and plug as your first diagnostic step. If that's the issue you can buy USB cords all over; it's not a specialty item. If the machine doesn't charge even when trying a new cord and plug, then select the "Battery Replacement" option.
Note: The High-Rich machine cannot be repaired (or battery replaced) on your own, i.e., you must send us the machine for this. Send just the machine base, USB cord and plug - not the glass cup.
