We replace the many parts for the High-Rich machine if you bought the machine from us, such as the glass cup, caps, and even the battery & circuit-board. Note: The High-Rich machine cannot be repaired (or battery replaced) on your own, i.e., you must send us the machine for this. The price you pay is for the part, service and shipping back to you.
