We replace the following parts for the High-Rich machine for you if you bought the machine from us: glass cup, battery, circuit-board. The High-Rich machine cannot be repaired (or battery replaced) on your own, i.e., you must send us the machine for this. The price you pay is for the part, service and shipping back to you. If your machine needs more than one part, there may be an additional charge.
