Water Ionizers Can Help You With Your Workouts!

I talk to people all the time about water ionizers, and it’s usually middle-aged or older people who are calling and writing with questions and placing orders. But it seems I have a rash of young people who are interested in getting a water ionizer, because ionizing water has been found to help out with work outs and giving them more energy!

There’s a customer I was just talking with today, who’s been drinking alkaline ionized water now for 2 months. She got a water ionizer, so she’d be healthier as she got older.

She said she wasn’t sure at first if it was making any difference, But then after about a month she noticed something was definitely happening when she went to do her workouts…

The water ionizer helped her have a lot more energy!

That makes total sense to me, because when you work out your cells produce a lot more acid wastes. Also, the anti-oxidant quality of the ionized water would be helpful in combating the free radicals that I’m sure will build up as you exercise for long periods.

Anyway, this girl is so excited now, she’s telling all her friends! And, she got her room-mate started drinking ionized water. Her room mate noticed that she was able to lose weight more ealily, whereas it would usually be a lot harder and take much more time.

Ionized water is a big help with lots of people who are trying to lose weight too. I hear this a lot. The reason is that the fat cells will give up their fat only if you have sufficient buffers so as to not make the blood too acidic by pouring the fats into it. The fats in your cells have to go through your bloodstream to be eliminated. And if doing that will make your blood acidic, it’s a safety mechanism to hold onto those fats for dear life! Literally, you would die if your blood gets too acidic.

So, in 2 months time to have that much significant change …I think it’s fantastic…and so do they! Get yourself a water ionizer today! If not for your health, then just for better workouts!
