To keep your R/O System functioning at an optimum level, its filters need to be changed annually. The AlkaViva RO Annual Replacement Package includes a sediment filter, a carbon block filter, an inline re-mineralizing filter, and a taste & odor filter.
RO Membrane Replacement
The RO Membrane, itself, needs to be replaced every two years. If it's time for that, just select that option from the dropdown menu.
Did You Purchase Your AlkaViva RO Before 2025?
If you have an older RO (prior to 2025) your filter package will be slightly different. It's the same price though. Just select the right option when you order. See below for more information.
Ordering Replacement Filters
The company will stand by their product if it's defective. They will repair it or replace it for free if it's defective. However, no returns are allowed for filters through which water has been poured.
- Filters are not returnable. When you order replacement filters make sure to get the right ones.

- Plus the customer is responsible for all cost of shipping.

When you order replacement filters make sure to get the right ones. Before 2025 the system used 7-stages.
Since Jan, 2025 systems uses 5 stages
