H2go Portable Water Ionizing Pitcher
H2go Portable Water Ionizing Pitcher
The H2Go portable water ionizer pitcher is small enough to travel around with and is a unique portable solution to safe drinking water. Its central cartridge contains alkaline minerals, magnets and filter medium. It re-mineralizes and ionizes ordinary tap water while filtering out chlorine and heavy metals. The H2go is easy to use. Simply fill it up, drink it down, or take it with you to immediately enjoy the benefits of fresh alkaline hydration on the go.

• Bio-ceramic filter reduces impurities - chlorine, chemicals, heavy metals
• Quickly re-mineralizes tap water with alkaline mineral cartridge
• Clean, fresh tasting water
• Portable for hiking, sports, travel, in flight, gym, camping, school and work
• Economical and easy hydration – avoid expensive bottled waters
• No landfill waste from discarded shop-bought water bottles

* If the water-flow ever appears to be stopped, and it's not due to over-filling, try giving it a good shake [like maracas] and that should get it flowing again.
* Warning: Don't put any part of the H2Go pitcher in the diswasher [top or bottom rack]. It is not dishwasher safe.
* Depending on your source water, the H2Go filter may need changing prior to 80 gallons. I suggest that after a month of use [or about 300 liters] you test your filtered water with the pH drops that came with your pitcher about once a week to ensure it's still filtering and ionizing well.

H2Go Pitcher Questions...AnswersIf you get a slow-flow while filtering your water with this pitcher, just empty the water out, shake it, then try again. It will filter fine for several refills, buy I've found that it needs to be shaken periodically, about 2-3 times per day with full-time use.

In St. Louis water the H2go pitcher that I've tested and used on many occasions is still giving a good pH. I've filtered about 400 or so liters with it. I only use it when traveling, and when not in use, I dry the filter out and store it. I'll have to try some experiment with a new filter and just filter water with it non-stop to see the true extent of it some time, but I just have not had the chance to do that.

It has been tested to filter up to 600 liters without significant drop in quality, but the results are variable based on the source water you put into it. I don't think there are specific tests showing the % of drop in overall quality, however it stands to reason that it would drop after 600 liters for sure. If your water quality is poor, it would drop in quality before that, but I'm not sure how to determine the percentage. If you tell me where you live, I'll give you an estimate.

H2gO Portable Alkaline Water PurifierI bought this because I had a Jupiter Melody under my kitchen sink so I am familiar with the proper pH for drinking water. I was glad for the pH drops and Comparison Chart to see what the pH of my RO water would be after filtering. It was 10 which is not good to drink, its good for cleaning though. The proper pH for drinking is 7.4 to 8 so I had to adjust the pH by adding more RO water till I got the proper pH to drink. I'm surprised this information isn't given with this pitcher as it is with the larger ionizers. Written by Wendy Hunter on Thu 14 Jul 2011 3:17:08 PM GMT
