I've personally tested the Waterman H2go pitcher and it changed the water from a 10.1 pH to a 10.8 pH and the ORP from +350 to -130!

Important notes for first-time filter use:
1. Before using the new Waterman H2Go for the first time, cover and soak the white filter cartridge in water for five minutes.
2. Shake the filter in this water four to five times.
3. Replace this filter into the Waterman H2Go and flush it two to three times more until any filter medium particles in the water have disappeared. Use this flushing water on plants or elsewhere, but not for drinking.
Other Notes:
* Don't overfill the H2Go pitcher. If you do, the water will stop filtering at some point and just stay there. Try to get the feel of just the right amount of water to put in at a time. I have found that about 8 - 10 ounces at a time is about right.
* Depending on your source water, the H2Go filter may need changing prior to 600 liters. I suggest that after a month of use [or about 300 liters] you test your filtered water with the pH drops that came with your pitcher about once a week to ensure it's still filtering and ionizing well.

Waterman Pitcher |
This may help people with problems of the waterman Pitcher not filtering. Air is trapped in the filter and preventing the
water from passing through the filter. If you will either tap on the top of the fill vial or lightly shake it back in forth air bubbles will appear. Repeat the process until no more bubbles are seen or when you see the water level lowering.
This process has worked well for me and others who use the Waterman Pitcher. The Pitcher is outstanding.

H2gO Pitcher - questions |
We bought 3 of them with additional 9 filters for the whole family for 2 years approx (about 1.5-2 liters per day/person). Followed the instructions carefully about washing the filter prior use.
? When I filled up the cup with tap water, it did not go through at all, it stayed there for several hours. I replaced the filter with a new one, and that was little bit better. The taste was wonderful, and the pH showed 9.
However, after 1.5 months of use with 3 Pitchers to compare, I can summarize the problems here:
- 1. the water tends to stop in the in cup, just does not run through even after the whole night!! Why?
? Is there some kind of in-built barrier of how much water you can filter per day... or week? Needs to be clarified with the producer.
- 2. the pH drops indicated pH around 9 (out of 10) the first day. After already one month of usage the pH drops show around 7 (after color test strip that follows with the H2gO).
? with 800 liters as the upper limit - what does it mean - 100% or 50% drop in overall quality after 200, 400 or 800 liters?
- 3. yesterday 2010-02-01 I wanted to upload these questions, as on this website I saw only 1 positive Review written on 2009-08-03.
? today, 2010-02-02 I suddenly see two more positive top reviews uploaded with earlier date than yesterday. Why didn't I see them there yesterday?
4. where can the customers get their answers, if not here at this site, where they purchased their products?

I live in Canada and I have ordered 2 of these pitchers. The water is beautiful and smooth. It is such a difference from tap water that you want to drink more and more of it. Please put these fantastic pitchers on Canadian websites so we too could pay in Canadian prices. A great product that more people should be buying.

My experience with the Waterman Pitcher has been excellent. The taste and the benefits of at least one whole ph point higher than source water plus negative ORP between -200 to -300 is
exceptional in my opinion. I recommend it to anyone wanting healthy good tasting water. It is also very portable. I take it to work with me. The cost is also great.
