Most people will use this form for repairs, but some will use it for returns. If you are requesting a return, first make sure you are qualified. See Qualification of Returns, below. In either case, whenever you plan to ship a product to Alkaline Water Plus, please use due-diligence in communicating your problem and getting your product shipped to us safely.
We ask you to read the Shipping & Returns page before you fill out this form, just to help you be aware of our protocols and policies.
Whether you are a new or old customer, you need to use this page to initiate assistance. If you have already described your problem elsewhere (i.e., in emails), please copy/paste that data into the "Describe the Problem" field, above, so our service department has all data about the problem. This is the only place the service department looks for information, so please make sure it's all described clearly and completely in this form.
Qualification of Returns
If you just purchased your product; are within 10 days of receiving it (or are within 60-days of purchase-date with electric water ionizers); and are dissatisfied, you are qualified to return it (following our protocols) provided it is in like-new condition. Please note: We only accept like-new returns, and any return-for-refund request has to come within 10-days of receiving your product unless it's an electric water ionizer (which has to be within 60 days of purchase date).
Note: Like-new means there is no damage and nothing missing, including the original packaging, form-fitted foam pieces, protective coverings, etc. It will minimally cost you an extra amount or your request may be denied for the following: missing packaging, damaged, shows signs of use or has been improperly shipped.
Also Note: Some products, such as pitchers and water filters are not returnable once used. Wherever this is the case it is noted on the product page.
