page before you fill out this form, just to help you be aware of our protocols and policies. Please note: We only accept like-new returns, and the request has to come within 10-days of receiving your product unless it's an electric water ionizer (which has 60 days). Like-new means there is no damage and nothing missing, including the original packaging, form-fitted foam pieces, protective coverings, etc. It will minimally cost you an extra amount or your request may be denied for the following: missing packaging, damaged, shows signs of use or has been improperly shipped.
