The prices shown reflect the minimum down-payment for each water ionizer we sell that qualifies for our pay-plan. After you pay the down-payment and e-sign the invoice, we will send you your water ionizer! It's very simple. A month later your card will be charged monthly until the remaining balance is paid. Free Pay Plans!
Alkaline Water Plus offers instant, no-interest, no-fee, no-credit-check, free payment plans (instant financing!) on our terrific water ionizers! When you go to order a water ionizer, select your water ionizer from the choices, above. After you pay your downpayment and e-sign, we send you your water ionizer. It couldn't be easier.
You can even order discounted water ionizers using a payplan. If you want something other than the normal new water ionizer, simply state which exact water ionizer you want in the comment box. You can add a link to the item too, if you want.
It is usual to split the balance due (after downpayment) into 10 equal payments, which start one month from the purchase date. But, this can be customized. Just let us know what you want.
*Please note: payment plans are limited and subject to approval. We don't allow payments to extend past one year usually. Pay plans are not available on international orders.
Paying the Downpayment
This allows you to be charged for only the down-payment upon checking out. Fill out the order form. It is the only application you will get. Write your payplan terms in the comment box of the order form. You can also call us or email us with questions or customization of your payplan terms.
While you can contact us, you don't have to. We've made it easy for you to customize your plan at the checkout. Please state clearly how many months you want to split the balance into and what the amount of each payment will be. If your request is within reason, we'll honor it. If you don't customize your payplan, we will use the default payment terms, which are usually the balance-due split out over 10 months. In the case of the lower-priced water ionizers the default is $100/month until the balance is paid.
You will never be charged interest or fees when you choose a Payment Plan from Alkaline Water Plus.
Rules & Notes for Setting Up a Payplan
- PayPal: If you pay the downpayment with PayPal we will need to call you to get your credit card information for the remaining payments. We will make an additional $10. charge on this card, just to be sure it clears. This charge will come off of your balance due, so you don't lose any money with this extra precaution that we do.
- Back-up Card Sometimes Needed: If the card you use for your payplan has an expiration date sooner than one year after the date of purchase, we will need a backup card to ensure the payplan payments can be fulfilled. We will do a $10 charge on this card too, just the same as #1, above.
- E-Signature: Once everything is checked out and the terms are clear, we will send you a document (using Citrix, RightSignature) to e-sign.
- Automatic Payments: When the document is signed we will set up the payments to be automatically charged to your card for the number of months in the terms agreed upon. If you ever have a problem with these automatic payments, please call us to request our assistance. We are always happy to help. Note: The balance due is your responsibility, so if you notice the payments don't start as expected, your card number has changed, or any other anomaly, please contact us.
- Quick Shipping of Water Ionizer: The water ionizer will be sent once the above steps are done. The faster you are in assisting us with the above steps, the faster your water ionizer will ship.

Discounts & Sales
If you want to take advantage of a discount price during a sale, the way to do that is to put the coupon code or just a request from you into the comment box of the order form. Then we will adjust the entire price for you. Your downpayment stays the same, but the dollar-amount of your monthly payment will go down.

Easy E-Sign
Shortly after submitting your order, we'll send you a copy of your invoice, via "RightSignature", to e-sign & date with your mouse. It's very simple, and once that's done we can process your order and send you your water ionizer.
Making the Payments
Your monthly payments will start on the following month of your purchase date, unless you specify otherwise in the comment section of the order form. Note: Payments will be automatically deducted each month with no notice, so we ask that you keep track of this. Checks or PayPal cannot be used for making payments, but are perfectly okay for the down-payment or for full price sales. If you pay your down-payment with PayPal, then you will need to contact us by phone to give us your credit card info for the payments. Do not send secure information via email.
Frequently Asked Questions about our Pay Plans
Q: How do I go about setting up the pay plan and how instant is it?
A: To see if the ionizer you want is eligible for a pay plan, look for that water ionizer above. If your desired water ionizer is there, simply press the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the product page. Your order will automatically and instantly be processed. There is no application to fill out, wait-time or approval process. Your card will be charged for the down-payment specified for that ionizer, just as it would any other online transaction. Unless you specify different terms in your order form, you will automatically default to the regular monthly payments listed for that water ionizer. These will be charged to the same card you used at checkout (unless you request otherwise).
Q: Are there any fees involved?
A: No. There is not one penny more than the price of your water ionizer charged to you when you choose a pay-plan.
Q: Can I Get a Refurbished Water Ionizer on a Pay-Plan?
A: Yes. If you want to order a refurbished water ionizer or like-new open-box-special, which is a smart choice for sure, you can do it on a payplan by following these easy instructions. Simply choose the water ionizer, above, and in the comment section of the order form tell us that you want the refurbished model of that water ionizer and give it's listed price from the Like-New Water Ionizer page. Or, if we have a sale going on, just request the same discount to be applied to your order. Your downpayment will be the same, but your payments will be lower..
Q: Is my information secure?
A: I'll capitalize this...YES. We are triple-quadruple secure and protected with all of your information. Our host, provides us with Security SSL service for every transaction. We take the security problems of our day and age seriously and do everything in our power to ensure we only use the best when it comes to customer security.
Q: Can I stretch the payments out to 12 months or reduce them to 5 months?
A: Yes. Just tell us what you want and in most cases we can accommodate your wishes.
Q: What happens if we can't make a payment?
A: If you can't make a payment for some reason, you will need to contact us. We will try to work with you and your needs. There have been times where a customer needed to reduce the payment or even skip a month and other times where the payment just needed to be changed to a different day. We have the desire to help you, so we are willing to customize for your needs...just let us know.
Q: Does My Payplan Get Reported to The Credit Reporting Companies?
A: The payplan itself does not get reported to any credit reporting company. However, if one would default and make no attempts to communicate with us or otherwise handle the debt, we would at some point turn the account over to collections (who follow their own protocols to resolve the default with you). They do report defaults if they can't resolve the debt fairly quickly.
Q: Can I pay off early?
A: Absolutely YES. Just let me know (email or call) and I will take care of it for you. There are no fees ever with this pay-plan, and certainly not for paying off early.
Q: How does the pay plan work?
A: What happens is when you place your order for the downpayment, there are two transactions set up with the credit card company. First, the down-payment goes in as an immediate sale transaction. We shoot you an email letting you know it went through. Second, using our credit card server, we set up what's called "Periodic Billing". The monthly amount and starting date are selected, usually the following month on that day. Then the number of payments is entered in. It's all automated...so no human error! What happens is that each month on that date the monthly payment is automatically processed as a credit card transaction...until the pre-set number of payments is finished. There is no charge for this service.
Q: Can I Get a Payplan on an International Order?
A: Unfortunately, no. We don't offer financing through Alkaline Water Plus outside of the main 50 states of the USA.
