Why should aging be difficult and diseased when it can be so much easier with ionized water? The trick to easy aging is in your health, and what I mean by that is living a healthy lifestyle that prevents disease. It doesn’t cost very much to do this, but it sure does cost a lot if you wait till after the fact of getting any disease.
I am a good one to speak up about this, because my husband and I (along with family and extended family) have been drinking ionized water since our early 40’s. We’re now mid-sixties and honestly we continue year after year to be healthier now than we were back in our 40’s. Our attitude is, “Of course we’re healthy. Aren’t we always?” I think I blew my nose 5 times this past year; no fevers; no infections; and we have had this level of health year after year after year. It didn’t used to be that way. The year just prior to starting to drink ionized water I visited a doctor many times. I had a constant, nagging allergy that wouldn’t quit. It irritated my throat and it was normal for me to go through a box of tissues every month. People can and should be proactive in their aging process. I’m going to say the value of it is priceless.
About Ionized Water
There is a lot of profit-driven-hype in the world, but ionized water is not that. The water ionizer was developed by the Japanese in the heart of their financial & medical crises after WW-II. When you compare ionized water with other preventative or curative methods, the cost is exceptionally low for what you get.

My husband and I plan to stay healthy all the way up to our 80’s, 90’s or even 100’s. There really isn’t any reason why this would be difficult for us to do. We KNOW, because we’ve already been doing it.
Advise for Easy Aging
A water ionizer has been known to reverse the normal aging process and help one to grow healthier instead as you age, is to encourage you to: 1) drink ionized water daily (5-8 glasses); 2) eat a healthy, balanced diet without over-eating or under-eating; 3) get some sunshine daily if you can; 4) get exercise daily, and/or at least avoid laziness; and 5) learn how to observe your body, so as to know whether something you’re doing or consuming is helping you or not.
Most people, when they age, start to lose the body’s proper pH balance and it becomes more acidic (needs pH buffers) and gets oxidized (needs antioxidants). Ionized water is the perfect source of pH buffers and antioxidants.
As a matter of fact, the antioxidants in ionized water, are scientifically proven to be beneficial to our bodies. Free hydrogen (known as "molecular hydrogen" by scientists) is the only antioxidant that has stood up to the demands for proof by intense testing and research. There are zero bad side-effects.
Some free-radicals are good and we need them, but other antioxidants destroy the good with the bad. Free-hydrogen does not. It has been shown to only destroy the toxic free-radicals that actually harm the body. Other antioxidants become harmful radicals themselves, once they are used up. But free-hydrogen does not. It simply evaporates after being used-up.
So, free-hydrogen (in ionized water) is shown to be selective and has been seen to destroy only the free radicals that are purely harmful and deadly to our bodies (it does not destroy good radicals). This is a very important feature of free-hydrogen.
Another feature is that Other types of antioxidants won’t do, because they aren’t absorbed deep enough into the body and cells. Hydrogen is so tiny and absorb-able that it can reach far into the cell and even into the mitochondria to prevent DNA damage at its source. It is seen in trial after trial to help cells recover from DNA damage caused by oxidation.
