Cathleen LoGrasso is the founder of Alkaline Water Plus, an educator, and author focused on hydration, nutrition, and lifelong wellness.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education with a background in physiological and biological sciences, and spent over 25 years as a teacher and principal.

For nearly 30 years, she has studied and personally used water ionizers, combining scientific research, independent testing, and real-world experience to help others make informed decisions about water quality and health.

She is also the author of Whole Foods and Water for Life and Nutritional Weight Loss, sharing practical guidance on healthy living.
